The Caregiver Wellness Program
Preventing Burnout
This program serves underserved and under-resourced caregivers who quietly carry the weight of caring for aging parents while balancing their own emotional, spiritual, and daily responsibilities. We provide live education promoting the mental and emotional wellness of caregivers. Ultimately caregivers will learn to identify, overcome, and prevent burnout.
The Caregiver Wellness Program is designed for those who often put others first and may feel unseen, exhausted, or overwhelmed. Through compassionate support and faith-informed guidance, participants are met where they are and reminded that their well-being matters too.
Meet With Us Live Virtually or In Person
Both in-person and virtual workshops combine education, reflection, and experiential learning. Participants engage in discussions on stress management, burnout prevention, trauma-informed caregiving, faith, and self-care.
The second hour of the in person program features five interactive stations focused on legacy planning, storytelling, journaling, physical fitness and a photo center.
The in-person portion takes place in various community organizations such as the Fulton County Library, local churches, or community centers located in Atlanta, GA.
